We could all use a laugh. Embrace a moment of joy in the beautiful architecture of the Spring Church with certified laughter yoga teacher, Emma Klues. In this session, Klues will teach you how to use laughter as a tool to benefit the mind and body. This program is open to all ages and abilities. Water will be provided. Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring a yoga mat or chair.
