Health and Safety Guidelines
Before we complete your reservation, please read the following health and safety guidelines.
Ensuring the safety of visitors and staff is our primary goal. It will take all of us to establish a safe environment. By checking “I have read and agree to the Health and Safety Guidelines” when making a reservation, you acknowledge that visiting the museum is not risk free and agree to follow these protocols for your own safety and the safety of others.
Confirm that you are not feeling ill or exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID-19. If you become ill after making a reservation and prior to your museum visit, please contact us to reschedule. We’re in this together.
Wear a Mask and Use Hand Sanitizer
In order to comply with CDC guidelines, staff and visitors (over age 2) must wear masks while in the museum. Kindly notify us in advance if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. The Pulitzer can provide disposable masks and limited reusable face shields, upon request. Masks are also required in outdoor spaces where social distancing is not possible. Hand sanitizer is available for your use before entry to the museum and throughout your visit.
Keep a Safe Social Distance
While the museum is yours, gallery staff will be present. We ask that everyone keep a six-feet distance from our team members. We have installed plexiglass screens at the information desk to serve as an additional barrier between employees and visitors. To maintain a safe social distance, visitors under the age of 2 are required to remain in strollers and carriers.
Our Commitment to Cleanliness
Between each visitor group, we are cleaning all high-touch surfaces, including bathrooms. We have installed some touchless amenities and taken necessary steps to improve the building’s air quality.
We continue to pursue the highest-quality visitor experience. Adjustments have been made to our exhibition materials and amenities. Thank you in advance for your kindness to our staff and each other. We are here to ensure your safety.
