Fiber, Form & Colombian Cuisine

Join us for a special dining experience hosted by Place & Time, inspired by Bogotá and the work of Colombian artist Olga de Amaral.

This dining experience, Bogotá — Interwoven explores connections between weaving, layering, place, and transformation through art and Colombian cuisine.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail at the museum and a brief guided tour of the exhibition Olga de Amaral: Weaving the Infinite. Guests will then continue to Spring Church for a six-course dinner with beverage pairings.

Drawing inspiration from Colombia’s diverse culinary traditions and landscapes, the menu explores the convergence of distinct ingredients, and ideas—echoing themes of weaving and transformation that extend throughout the evening.

Space is limited and advance registration is required. Tickets are sold through Place & Time.
