The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra and the Pulitzer Arts Foundation present contemporary chamber music performed in response to the art on view. The 2018-2019 season will be curated by Tim Munro, Creative Partner at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra and Grammy Award-winning flutist.

This final concert celebrates the music of the collective Kinds of Kings, six young composers who are fast becoming a musical force. The concert culminates in a performance of Shelley Washington’s Middleground, which deals with Washington’s childhood in Missouri and Kansas. The work, dedicated to her family, is about finding what and where your home is.
