First Fridays: Close Looking with Dr. Somalee Banerjee

Connecting the artwork on display with her clinical practice and public health, Dr. Somalee Banerjee will lead a close-looking tour of the exhibition, Hannah Wilke: Art for Life’s Sake. This program will focus on the viewer’s experience and responses to the artwork, observing the moments of introspection and artful thinking. Dr. Banerjee is a physician, public health researcher, medical educator, and artist based in Oakland, California.
