The Pulitzer welcomes singer-songwriter Aida Ade, presenting eclectic and powerful music. Taking place in Spring Church, this live performance is accompanied by The Dhoruba Collective.

Born in the Fairgrounds neighborhood of St. Louis, MO, Aida Ade (EYE-DUH AH-DAY) spent her early years becoming classically trained in violin and viola. Upon graduating from Missouri State University, she pursued vocal performance. Having influences such as Gary Clark, Jr., Chaka Khan, The Stylistics, Big K.R.I.T., Lil Boosie, Fleetwood Mac, and Chronixx, the music Ade creates comes from an eclectic collection of musical interests and life experiences.

Early arrival is encouraged. Please contact programs@pulitzerarts.org if you require any accommodations to participate.
