This interactive wellness session will focus on supporting physical, emotional, and psychological health, inviting participants to learn the ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi Chuan. Guided by Master Violet Li, attendees will have the opportunity to practice a seated or standing form accompanied by deep breathing and slow movements. Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi is well-known for its therapeutic benefits as a low-impact form of exercise. Former experience with Tai Chi not required.
