Itshanapa Dail Chambers is a childbirth educator, doula, and life coach, as well as a mother, visual artist, Usui Reiki master teacher, and founder of Yeyo Arts Collective. Chambers will lead two meditation and collective-healing sessions on May 12 and July 28, both of which are free and open to the public. Addressing borders and divisions in the body, participants will work to transform trauma in the body into joy by reimagining and creating new narratives through gestures. The event is free to attend, but registration is encouraged.
