Coinciding with the opening of Donald Judd: The Multicolored Works, this event gave guests and listeners new insight into the artist’s important late-career works. Art journalist and critic Tyler Green—who produces and hosts The Modern Art Notes Podcast—conducted a live interview and taping of the podcast with Marianne Stockebrand, former director of the Chinati Foundation and the curator of Donald Judd: The Multicolored Works. Their discussion addressed Judd’s philosophical engagement with color and the unique opportunities created by installing his artwork within the Pulitzer building.
