Enjoy a day of family-friendly fun in the Grand Center Arts District with programs at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis, the Sheldon Concert Hall and Art Galleries, and the Pulitzer Arts Foundation. Families are invited to take part in free art activities at each location. At CAM, take part in hands-on activities led by artist Dail Chambers, strike a pose in the FunDay photo booth, and cool off with complimentary Ted Drewes (while supplies last!). Explore the art on view at the Pulitzer with a drawing activity and head across the street for a demonstration by Great Rivers Greenway at our rain garden. At the Sheldon, build musical instruments using recycled materials with the SOLID Music Project and play a round of artist-designed mini golf. The Family Day Block Party is recommended for ages 3–12 and is free to attend.
