Throughout Mona Hatoum: Terra Infirma, St. Louis-based artists Aziza Binti and Kristian Blackmon have partnered with young people of Covenant House, an organization that shelters and cares for un-housed people aged 16-21. Drawing from their experiences ranging from photography and poetry to activism and mental healthcare, Binti and Blackmon have led workshops for these young people to visualize their personal stories and experiment with the creative process. At this gathering, participants will showcase their work as a part of the collaboration.
