Join Michael Allen, Executive Director of the National Building Arts Center, and Amanda Clark of the Missouri History Society for a riding bus tour of St. Louis sites specific to the current exhibition, Urban Archaeology: Lost Buildings of St. Louis. Starting at the museum, participants will explore Downtown St. Louis then journey across the river to Sauget, IL for a walking tour of the National Building Arts Center. Learn and visit the sites of former buildings, including: the Title Guaranty and Buder buildings, the St. Nicholas Hotel, and Pruitt-Igoe, as well as current outstanding architecture, including the Wainwright and Railway Exchange buildings and the Old Post Office.
