If a building were a body, what practice would it need to heal? Mallory Nezam, yoga instructor and public artist, and Michael Allen, cultural historian and urbanist-in-residence, will lead two yoga sessions investigating the relationship between bodies and buildings through movement and mindfulness. The event will begin with a brief introduction to the architectural site, and then segue into a subsequent yoga practice that dissolves the barrier between the body of the individual and the body of the building itself.
