Pulitzer Arts Foundation celebrated the life and work of Joseph Pulitzer Jr. by hosting a special event for the release of Marjorie B. Cohn’s biography, Classic Modern: The Art Worlds of Joseph Pulitzer Jr., published by Yale University Press. Cohn discussed the book and read excerpts, and was joined by Emily Rauh Pulitzer. The two held a lively conversation that was full of laughs and stories celebrating Joseph Pulitzer Jr. as a young man, collector, influencer, and businessman. Left Bank Books helped to coordinate sales of the book at the event, and Cohn signed copies for the public.
